The cultural center of Seine-Saint-Denis in Bobigny (MC93) is a national scene. It is also an important place of production for living theatre (theatre, dance, music). Hortense Archambault, the director of the MC93, has created a programmation that welcomes foreign writers and directors, as well as emerging French artists. On top of this mission, since 2015, the MC93 has put in place a consequent work of support for its spectators through ‘The Fabric of Experience’ – it aims to think with the publics at the forms and the possible spaces of their encounter with theatre.

Les Grandes Personnes (“the tall people”) was born in 1998. Its vocation is to bring sculpture to the public, and its creations are a fusion of visual and performance art.
